IQ Foam platform generates 90% LESS WASTE .
We have reduced the disposal waste of refills by 90 %. Present empty refills including attached Foam pump are discarded when the refill is empty. The IQ FoamTuning system is designed to reduce the disposal waste with 90 % or more by only wasting the fully recylclable Foam Tap that contains all critical and contaminated parts. The Foam Tap can simply be separated from the Soap Engine. Current available commercial Foam pumps do not include the feature to change the output volume of these pumps other than making a new design and new moulds at very high costs. IQ FoamTuning designed their system to be flexible and can change the output volume very simple. Despite the flexible output volume ranging between 0.5 and 1.5 ml per stroke of Foam the system and also the disposal waste remains the same.
