How it works
The IQ FoamTuning platform basically exists out of two separable components – the Foam Engine and the FoamTap - The Foam Engine, this is the pump device and is mounted in the dispenser – the FoamTap, is the component in which Foam is generated. IQ FoamTuning engineered these components to maintain the long lasting parts of the pump section in the dispenser. The fully recyclable Foam Tap contains all critical parts and contaminated parts and therefore only this component is wasted.
Furthermore this IQ FoamTuning system has the ability to tune the output volume of the Foam Engine and the density of the foam. If the application requires a higher density foam it can be dealt with by tuning the liquid – air ratio. The IQ FoamTuning system does not have valves, metal balls or springs. The system is multifunctional and it is engineered to generate Foam Soaps, Disinfectant Sprays and Toilet Seat Cleaner, all with the same system.
